How do I notify Desktop Broker of a deceased estate?

• Compile the death certificate, will, and Grant of Probate (if applicable).

Contact Desktop Broker

• Call or email Desktop Broker (1300 726 177/support@desktopbroker.com.au) to report the account holder's passing and provide executor's details.

Account Freeze

• Desktop Broker freezes the account to prevent unauthorised trades

Submit Required Forms

• An email outlining the requirements will be sent to the executors/solicitors and you may submit the required original certified documents by post.

The next course of action to finalise the estate will be advised once documents have been reviewed and verified.
