As an advisor, you can submit and manage account applications on behalf of your clients. To get started, ensure you have the required documents ready, such as a certified copy of the client's driver's license or passport during the online application submission.
If there are any issues with the verification of the client's documents, our team will reach out to you directly to request additional identification.
Once the application has been processed and the shares have been transferred, you will be notified via email. You can then communicate the outcome to your client accordingly.
