On 22 February 2025, Macquarie Online Trading clients were welcomed via email with instructions on how to create new Desktop Broker login credentials, including a username and password.

I can't find my Desktop Broker welcome email
If you cannot locate your welcome email or the one-time access link has expired, please contact our support team for assistance.
Our team can resend the welcome email to your registered email address.

Once you receive the email, follow the instructions provided to set up your new username and password and access your Desktop Broker account.
