Updating a client's email address
Open the form — Log in to the adviser portal and go to My Account > Forms > Change of Client Details.
Complete the form — Print a copy and enter your client's new email address.
Have your client sign — Your client must sign the form by hand with a wet-ink signature for identity verification.
Submit the form — Scan or take a clear photo of the fully completed form and email it to support@desktopbroker.com.au.
Updating your (advisor) own email address
To update your adviser email address, call our support team on 1300 726 177. Once we've verified your identity over the phone, we'll update your details for you.
