As an adviser, you can submit and manage account applications on behalf of your clients directly through Bell Direct.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following ready:
A certified copy of your client's driver's license or passport and/or
A certified copy of Trust Deed (all pages with Title Page, Schedule Page and Execution Page certified) and/or
A completed and signed Broker to Broker Transfer form
Submitting the application
Complete and submit the account application online on behalf of your client. If there are any issues verifying your client's documents, our team will contact you directly to request additional identification.
Once the application has been processed and any shares have been transferred, you'll be notified via email. You can then communicate the outcome to your client.
