Our clients's Macquarie trading account has transitioned to Desktop Broker, but I cannot log in?

On 22 February 2025, Macquarie Online Trading clients were welcomed via email with instructions on how to create new Desktop Broker login credentials, including a username and password.

If you are unable to locate your welcome email, or if the one‑time access link has expired, contact our team for help. Our team will re-send the welcome email to your registered email address. 

Please contact us via Live Chat between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, or call 1300 726 177, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Sydney time).

Once received, please follow the steps outlined in the email to set up your new username and password and gain access to your or clients Desktop Broker account.
