How to change my client's CHESS Communication Preference?

To enable electronic delivery of CHESS holding statements and notifications, you will need to submit a signed request. Please download the Change of Contact Details form online or contact our Customer Support team via Online Chat, email, or telephone to obtain the form.

 

Client will need to print, complete, and sign the form using a wet-ink signature that matches the signature on the most recent identification documents held on file. Once completed, return a scanned copy or a clear photograph of the signed form via email.

 

Upon successful processing of your request, CHESS holding statements and notifications will be delivered electronically via the ASX CHESS Statements Portal, and paper statements will no longer be issued.
